Professor Jiang Wei is Dean of the Department of Physical Education.

Personal Information

Professor Jiang Wei, female, born in January 1965, Communist Party member has a Ph.D. in Education. She has been Dean of the Department of Physical Education at CUEB since April 2008. Previous to July 2011, she researched at Sports Science Post-doctoral Mobile Station of Beijing Sport University.

Main Research Achievements

Professor Jiang Wei has engaged in higher education teaching for 28 years and was awarded “Students’ Assessment” excellent teaching achievements consecutively in 2010, 2011, and 2012. She was chosen as Key Young Teacher of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education in 2007 and Beijing Advanced Individual in Teacher’s Professional Ethics in 2010. She won the honorary title of Advanced Party Member, Excellent Union Worker, and Advanced Individual, among others. She has issued 8 treatises, edited 4 textbooks, and published more than 30 theses in domestic authoritative journals, core periodicals, and newspapers. She undertook a dozen projects sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education and the General Administration of Sport of China and Capital University of Economics and Business. Now she is the evaluation expert for high-level sport team construction and the review expert for humanities and social science projects for the Ministry of Education.
