Main Research Achievements

As the key participant, she undertook and participated in provincial and ministerial research projects; edited and co-edited various textbooks; publicly issued dozens of academic papers and treatises. She attaches importance to the relation between theory and practice and pays attention to the employment and security of vulnerable group and medical system reform. In addition, her research results have won two provincial and ministerial prizes.

Her treatises include The Economics Research on the Relations between Doctor and Patient, Theory, System and Operation of China Medical Insurance, Integrated Research on China Medical Health Service and Security System, Research on Issues of Employment and Security of Chinese Handicapped People etc.

The textbooks include: General Information on Social Security (as chief editor), Beijing Elite Textbook in 2008, Human Resource Management (as deputy editor), Beijing Elite Textbook in 2008, Labor Economics (editor), Beijing Elite Text book in 2006 etc.

Academic Papers: “Explain the Relations between Doctor and Patient from the Different Views of Both Sides” has won the excellent prize of the 3rd Annual Party of 2009 China Social Security Forum (issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security); “From Segmentation to Combination: the Development Trend of China Basic Medical Insurance System” has won the excellent prize of the 4th Annual Party of 2010 China Social Security Forum (issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).

As a teacher, she tries to combine the teaching contents with the practice and the cultivation of students’ good virtues and leads students to pay more attention to the reform practice and some important relevant events. With professional ethics and dedication spirit, she guides students to enrich their knowledge and apply what they learn into social problems analysis at the same time. In 2001, as the second director, she won the 2nd prize of Beijing Governmental Educational Teaching Achievement by the Organization and Implementing of Ordinary College Student Practice Teaching. In 2005, as the project leader, she won the 2nd prize of Beijing Governmental Educational Teaching Achievement for the “Innovation and Practice of the Construction and the Talent Training Mode of the Major of Labor and Social Security”. Later in 2009, as the second director, she won the 1st prize of Beijing Governmental Educational Teaching Achievement for “The Construction of the Major of Labor and Social Security”.
