Main academic views

1. Construct innovatively the theoretical and content systems of land asset management disciplines,  and enrich the connotation of land resources management disciplines.

2. The intensive and economical land use should take the reasonable optimization of land use as a premise. Whether the land is utilized economically or intensively for a specific area , cannot only depend on input-output and other economic indicators, but also on its social benefits and eco-efficiency indicators.

3. With the acceleration China's urbanization, the development zone as an integral component of the town, has converted from a simple processing and manufacturing clusters into the part of Metro area.

4. The internal cause of Land Protection relies on land farmers. The government is just an external factor. In addition to strict management and strictly controls, farmers also need to be encouraged to protect land voluntarily.
