On June 13th, Liu Xiaoli, Vice President of JXUFE, Wang Yaode, Director of postdoctoral management office came to CUEB and focused on the development of postdoctoral scientific research stations. CUEB Vice President Wang Chuansheng attended the meeting, hosted by Shang Xiaohui, Director of Personnel Office of CUEB.

Wang drew a general picture of Beijing’s municipal universities in accordance with the disciplinary characteristics as well as CUEB’s history and features. He said, CUEB and JXUFE are universities known for finance and economics and communicates with each other on a regular basis. Its school culture and burgeoning development is impressive and worth learning.

Liu said that both universities face similar problems, and, in the building and management of postdoctoral scientific research stations, we will embrace more opportunities and challenges. Therefore, we should strengthen communication and help each other for common development.

Ma Yanru, Deputy Director of Personnel Office, introduced CUEB’s postdoctoral situation in terms of the building, entering and leaving, management and future plans for postdoctoral scientific research stations. Next, both sides had an in-depth discussion on postdoctoral management. They agreed on that postdoctoral researchers are the backbone of young teachers. How to enlarge its enrollment scale is a priority and enhancing cultivation and attracting more post-doctors can enrich the talent pool.
