Professor Li Qi Delivers Keynote Speech at 32nd Canadian Econometrics Annual Meeting

From September 25 to September 27, Professor Li Qi, dean of CUEB International School of Economics and Management, was invited to Canada’s University of Guelph for the 32nd Canadian Econometrics Annual Meeting. As a keynote speaker, he delivered a speech entitled “Detecting Financial Data Dependence Structure by Averaging Mixture Copulas”.

Professor Li is well established in nonparametric econometrics with more than 130 theses published. The number of those published during 1985 and 1995 ranked fourth globally.
