On April 11th, Beijing Education Service Center organized a training session on the report of degree conferment information in the city. CUEB, together with 30 other institutions in Beijing, was honored as advanced institution of the work on degree conferment report of the year 2018. Ruan Jing, Vice Dean of the Post Graduate School, received the award on behalf of CUEB. 147 Beijing institutions entitled to grant academic degrees attended the meeting.

Supervised by Beijing Municipal Committee of Academic Degree Regulation, the report of degree conferment information was put into force by Beijing Education Service Center. In CUEB, the work was organized by the Post Graduate School and accomplished together by the Academic Affairs Office, School of Continuing Education and School of International Education. In reporting the information of degree conferment in 2018, CUEB timely submitted 4093 pieces of factual information, which was accurate, complete and correct with photos attached and nothing left.

The submission of the degree conferment information is the final part of the university’s effort to grant students academic degrees. The available and accurate information of degree conferment serves as a guarantee that enables students to enter the job market. In the future, CUEB is certain to stringently follow the process of reporting degree conferment information, ensuring that all the related work is on the right track.
