With everything running smoothly, this semester kicked off on September 2nd. After a summer break, teachers and students are in high spirits and the campus is full of vigor.

In the classroom, teachers and students devote themselves to the first lesson of the new school year. In the library, everyone concentrates on their study, immersing themselves in the ocean of knowledge. On the playground, students are exercising themselves actively and cheerfully, trying to build a much stronger body for the new semester.

Everything goes smoothly and orderly. In the early morning, the chefs in the cafeteria are busy with preparing the three meals for the teachers and students. The security guards in towering figure are driving the patrol cars around the camps. The gardeners of the greening team work hard to beautify the campus, trimming and watering the flowers and trees regularly.

The new students have all registered on the weekend. Today, the colleges have arranged intensive and colorful educational activities for freshmen. Some colleges have focused on professional prospect and college development for new students. Some colleges have organized new comers to visit School History Museum. Some colleges have designed a “half-day campus tour” and some colleges have set physical examination for new students.

The campus in September, a little noisy but still quiet, has a pleasant climate. This is the season of harvest and hope. We wish all CUEBers to start a new journey in fine spirits and high morale, and to pay unremitting efforts, sweat and toil for the flowers of happiness in the future.
