Liu Bingquan, Director of Technical Secondary School Work Department of Communist Youth League Committee, Visits CUEB
On the morning of September 7th, Liu Bingquan, Director of the Technical Secondary School Work Department of the Communist Youth League Committee, Deputy-Director Meng Xianbo, and other members visited CUEB. Vice-President Sun Haozhe met with them.
Sun Haozhe, on behalf of CUEB, thanked members of the Communist Youth League Committee for their guidance and support to the work of the Communist Youth League of CUEB. He hoped that the Youth League Committee will lead the youth of the school to undertake the mission in the new era, actively cooperate with the various tasks of the Youth League Committee, and show the vigor of CUEBers. Liu Bingquan highly affirmed the work of the Communist Youth League of CUEB. He said that the Communist Youth League of CUEB, the major force among universities in Beijing, has unremittingly made breakthroughs and innovations with distinct highlights and characteristics. Both sides also exchanged views on voluntary services from China International Fair for Trade in Services.
After the meeting, the two sides conducted discussions. Li Xiaoou, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of CUEB, introduced the three aspects of the Communist Youth League’s ideological and political leadership in the members, the attractiveness and cohesion of the organization, and the enhancement of civic virtue of League members. It is also hoped that the Communist Youth League Committee will provide more guidance in the reform of the Youth League and the construction of new media.
Liu Bingquan exchanged ideas on the inheritance and innovation of the Communist Youth League work. He talked about his views on how to innovate work methods for post-00s groups in the new era, strengthen grassroots organizational reforms, and invigorate campus culture. He hoped to address these problems with League organizations in colleges and universities and study the new models and highlights of the Communist Youth League's work in the new era.
Zhou Congzhou, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Sun Honghao, Deputy Secretary (a part-time position served by the student) of the Youth League Committee, and other members of various departments of the Youth League Committee attended the meeting and exchanged ideas.
After the meeting, they examined Feng Anran, Vice-Chairman of the Graduate Student Association of CUEB and the candidate for the Executive Chairman of the Beijing Student Federation.
