CUEB Organizes National Teacher Certification Examination in Beijing in First Half of 2021
On March 13th, CUEB successfully organized National Teacher Certification Examination in Beijing in the first half of 2021. As one of examination sites, CUEB set 144 examination rooms and arranged 288 invigilators for 2,340 examinees, including 1,934 off-campus examinees and 406 on-campus examinees.
In the context of normal epidemic prevention and control, it was difficult to organize the examination because examinees had not formally returned to the university. Highly valuing the epidemic prevention and control as well as personal safety, CUEB designed CUEB's Work Plan on Epidemic Prevention of Beijing’s National Teacher Certification Examination , CUEB's Emergency Plan on Beijing’s National Teacher Certification Examination and other plans to ensure the examination move in an orderly and stable way. On March 8th, all relevant functional departments held the pre-examination coordination meeting about Beijing’s National Teacher Certification Examination, collectively solving the problems in the organization of the examination and further clarifying some notices such as epidemic prevention requirements for examinees and students who returned to the university ahead of time. On March 10th, for epidemic prevention requirements, identity verification and invigilation process, Academic Affairs Office held training meetings for invigilators and patrol teachers.
With great concern from Party Committee of CUEB, all relevant departments communicated and cooperated with each other closely with a high sense of safety and responsibility, and ultimately brought forth a smooth and successful examination in CUEB.
