On the morning of June 17, Beijing held a conference to commend outstanding Party members, exemplary Party workers, exemplary community-level Party secretaries, and advanced community-level Party organizations from Beijing. At the conference, Yang Chunxue, professor from School of Economics in CUEB, was honored with the title “2021 Beijing Outstanding Party Member”.

The commendation conference conferred 300 titles of “Beijing Outstanding Party Member”, 103 of “Beijing Exemplary Party Worker”, 101 of “Beijing Exemplary Community-level Party Secretary”, and 202 of “Beijing Advanced Community-level Party Organization” on outstanding representatives from all walks of life. 

The year of 2021 marks the centenary of the Communist Party of China and the historic period in which the timeframes of the “Two Centenary Goals” converge. Prof. Yang Chunxue’s commendation this year has fully demonstrated CUEB’s advanced and typical spiritual style, fruitful education achievements as well as CUEB Party member’s noble characters of firm belief, loyalty to the Party, sense of responsibility and selfless dedication. This good news encourages CUEB Party organizations of all levels and Party members to remain true to their original aspiration and keep mission firmly in mind. Moreover, they will work harder to build a “modern, international, multidisciplinary and unique university that is first of its class in China, and renowned all over the world” and further break new ground in serving Beijing in its development with “Best of the Country” Standard.
