CUEB One-Stop Registration for 63 New Staffs
On July 14, the Personnel Office, together with 11 departments, including the Party Committee Organization Department, Discipline Inspection Commission, Supervisory Commissioner Office, Security Office Armed Division, Office of Research, Division of Financial Administration, Property Management Department, Labor Union, Youth League Committee, Educational Technology Center and the University Hospital, carried out the one-stop service for the registration of 63 new staffs.
Relevant departments cooperated closely to simplify the registration process, provide more convenient and efficient service, and greatly help with signing employment contract, starting salary, transferring the formalities of Party and Youth League, registering in Labor Union and campus card, as well as other procedures. Staffs of all departments explained patiently and meticulously during the process of orderly registration. The good service left a deep impression on the new members, which has shown the people-centered service of all departments.
Wang Zhao, a new teacher of the School of Accounting, said, “I am grateful for the one-stop service in that I can complete a series of 20 procedures, from physical examination, signing of political examination to approval of introduction on the spot. Since registration is the beginning of the career and the first task at work, such one-stop service gives us a deep experience of the humanistic care and work efficiency in our university.
Chen Xiao, a new counselor of the School of Economics, said, “in order to facilitate the registration procedures for us, the teacher from the Personnel Office sent us a clear procedure with a detailed list of required materials and notices one week in advance, and even explained in detail the format, quantity and other information of the required photos. With enough time to prepare in advance, we can handle all the required procedures on the third floor of Bona building. This one-stop service greatly saved time and improved the efficiency.
By July 14, a total of 72 new staffs have registered in 2021, including 50 full-time teachers and 22 management personnel (including those working at CUEB for a certain period of time before postgraduate recommendation). The staff who have not participated in the centralized registration will complete it in the second half of 2021. In order to help the new staffs to know more about the campus situation, adapt soon to the environment, and get familiar with the management system, etc., the Personnel Office and Teachers' Affairs Office will carry out systematic induction training in mid-to-late September.
