Guided by the “head project”, the Party Committee of CUEB has consistently prioritized high-quality and full employment. We visited enterprises to stabilize employment and unearth the potential of the job market. We also strengthened connectivity with enterprises and the government to facilitate industry-school integration and collaboration. In accordance with the unified plans from CUEB’s Party Committee and administrations, we will continue to strengthen interactions with government agencies and social security departments in key areas where most students come from, forming partnerships between the school and enterprises, as well as between the school and government. Therefore, the campus’s primary impact on employment is fully realized, offering services that are more specifically customized to fit supply and demand.

The job fair serves as a training ground for graduate employment in 2024. In this semester, there will be 9 campus recruitment events, and collaboration between departments will be strengthened. The mainstay of the coming recruitment events will include the large-scale and comprehensive ones, industry-specific ones, and alumni-enterprises-specific ones. These events aim to attract more elite companies to recruit graduates, thus ensuring high-quality and full employment.
