Embracing the mild spring breeze and amid blooming flowers, the 2026 Alumni Sports & Garden Fair, themed Strive for a New Era, Pursue Health and Joy , kicked off at the main campus on the morning of April 12. Hundreds of CUEB alumni, accompanied by their families, returned to their alma mater— to embrace a delightful spring reunion.

Vice President Yin Zhichao, Member of Party Standing Committee of CUEB, extended a warm welcome to all alumni and their families on behalf of the university. He wished everyone a pleasant time enjoying the scenic campus, sports activities and heartfelt reunions in the vibrant spring scenery. Noting that this year marks the 70th anniversary of the university’s founding, he cordially invited alumni to revisit the campus this coming October.

All participants joined in the Message to the Alma Mater session (a traditional alumni event for collective blessings), offering sincere blessings to the university.

The campus walking tour followed soon after. Alumni strolled along flower-lined paths, paused for photos at iconic scenic spots, reminisced about their youthful school days, and witnessed the remarkable new changes.

Friendly matches were hosted by the alumni clubs for table tennis, badminton and tennis. Alumni bonded over sports, exchanged skills on the court, and fully embraced the passion of sportsmanship.

April brings lingering spring charm. The alumni reunion allowed former schoolmates to revisit youthful memories, strengthen friendship and explore future cooperation through sports, leisure activities and interactive exchanges.

Hosted by the CUEB Alumni Association and co-organized by the Tuoling Alumni Exchange & Development Association, this annual signature alumni event has been successfully held for years. It serves as a solid bridge for exchanges, unites alumni’s affection for the university, and fosters a warm and festive atmosphere in the celebration of the 70th founding anniversary.

Though this vibrant and heartwarming gathering has come to an end, the precious shared memories will be forever cherished. Dear alumni, may you march forward fearlessly toward your dreams. The Alma Mater will always be your warm harbor. Looking forward to our next wonderful reunion.
