On the afternoon of October 18th, the Second Round Staying True to Our Founding Mission Advanced Deeds Report of Beijing was held in Zhuoyu Auditorium, CUEB. Preaching League covered 8 members who came from different positions in Beijing. They delivered a moving and inspiring report with frank words, vivid examples and sincere emotions. A total number of 400 people including school leaders, standing committees of CUEB Party Committee, directors of all departments of CUEB, all secretaries of the Party Branch and representatives of Party members attended the Advanced Deeds Report. Party Secretary Feng Pei hosted the report.

At the report, campaigner vividly demonstrated the striving history of New China in the past 70 years by telling the story of their dedication to jobs, pursuit and struggle to achieve their dreams. All of these have highlighted the all-round and pioneering historical fruits achieved by the CPC and China since the 18th CPC National Congress. Stories included Spirit Called “Malan” told by Han Wenlin, a teacher in the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China, Tongzhou Campus, The Faith of My Grandfather by Li Yixin, an officer in Miaocheng town in Huairou District, Beijing, The Uniforms May Change, Our Mission Keeps Forever by Zheng Haiyang, a firefighter in Fire and Rescue Department in Minyun District, Love Without Obstacles by Wang Xiaoyue, a nurse in Rainbow and Sun Recovery Center in Pinggu District, From Sedan Crane Driver to Winter Olympic Teller by Jiang Jinyu, an officer in Shougang Garden Service Company Winter Olympic Property Division, 1095 Days in Plateau by Yao Zheng, a doctor in Guangwai Hospital in Xicheng District, Be a Reassuring Solider by Zheng Shibing, a Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force Stationed in Shijing Mountain and Singing with a Happy New Life by Wang Fengqi, a resident in Zhugan Community, Chaoyangmen Street. All of these stories touched the audience and won deafening applauses.

At last, Feng Pei said that Party members and cadres should learn from these models, strive to be models and try our best to integrate the patriotism, aspiration and action together. Only in this way can we build Beijing into a world-class harmonious and livable capital and make greater contributions to the “Two Centenary Goals” and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nations. 

This report is the concrete measures to further implement the theme education of carrying out advanced typical education and call on all party members to learn from the role models and thus strive to be the role model. These models originated from the grassroots but created extraordinary achievements with country in mind. They propagated core value of socialism with their action, explained Chinese spirit and Chinese power with dedication and struggle and fully showed the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristic for a New Era and vividly exhibited the theme Staying True to our Founding Mission.

In accordance with the requirements of the central authorities, we should develop advanced typical special education and formed a good and advanced fashion to learn from the role models and to be a model during the theme education Staying True to our Founding Mission. Beijing Municipal Party Committee’s theme education leading group office, together with the Publicity Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, jointly organized and planned the second round of theme educational advanced deeds circuit activities, which included 26 reports and covered 16 districts and 34 colleges and universities.
