I hope that youngsters of this age can all contribute to the country with revolutionary sincerity.
Jin Kun, an undergraduate of Grade 2020 from Business English major of School of Foreign Studies: As the CPC reaches its one hundredth anniversary, we have the opportunity to witness its time-honored journey in which hard-won success has been made after gaining numerous achievements. We are both audience and participants. While holding the Party Flag and National Flag, passion wells up in mind and we realize that there would be no new China without the CPC. When the country was in grave peril, the Party made efforts to turn the tide, and when the country lagged behind, it conquered all difficulties to achieve rejuvenation. Today, as youth of a new age, we should take national rejuvenation as our own responsibility and struggle to put in our own efforts.
Ma Tianyi, an undergraduate of Grade 2020 from Public Administration major of School of Urban Economics and Public Administration: Passionate song ringing, fireworks rocketed into the sky, displaying the number 100 over the Stadium. At the stage, sparks concentrated until forming a Party emblem pattern, unveiling the beginning of the gala. “Navigate! The great Communist Party of China!” Along with the theme song “Navigation”, a 16-meter gold Party emblem rose with radiance and 10 huge red flags emerged among bursts of applause and singing. The Communist Party of China is a navigator of the new era, and I am willing to march forward with its steps.

Bi Jinglong, an undergraduate of Grade 2018, majoring in Assets Assessment from School of Public Finance and Taxation said: “I was born in a family of Party members. When my parents were young, they were called to Qinghai to help with the construction of western part of motherland. I was influenced by the atmosphere of revolutionary spirit since I was young. I signed up to join the capital youth volunteer team and I hoped to contribute to the party and the country. I trained strictly and follow the guidance. ‘A country will be full of hope and have a great tomorrow only when its younger generations have ideals, ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.’ Taking over the predecessors and making contributions to the next generation is also our goal.”
