School of Law Signs Co-development Agreement with People’s Court of Fengtai District

On September 27th, the signing ceremony of co-development agreement between the School of Law and People’s Court of Fengtai District was held at CUEB. Cui Xiuchun, member of the Party Leadership Group of the People’s Court of Fengtai District and vice president of the Court, Zhou Mingsheng, Dean of the Graduate School, and Mi Xinli, Party Secretary of the School of Law, etc., attended the ceremony.

Mi Xinli on behalf of the School of Law signed the co-development agreement with Cui Xiuchun  on behalf of the People’s Court of Fengtai District.

Zhou Mingsheng extended warm welcome, and noted that the Graduate School would provide strong support for this cooperation to strengthen personnel nurturing and experiential learning. Cui Xiuchun hoped that theoretical study and practice-based teaching could be perfectly combined by developing innovated collaboration programs like juridical practice classes and two-way academic exchanges, in a bid to nurture more extraordinary personnel for the development of rule of law in Beijing.

Mi Xinli noted that the School of Law and People’s Court of Fengtai District have conducted comprehensive cooperation in many fields like law practice, difficult case study and “judges entering class” for a long time, which has delivered win-win achievements. Mi also expressed sincere thanks to People’s Court of Fengtai District for its support for personnel nurturing of law, and hoped that this cooperation could be extended to more areas like classic case library, temporary posts and joint books publishing.
