Delegation of Brunel University London Visits CUEB
On September 25th, a delegation from Brunel University London visited CUEB. The delegation includes Monica Yang, Head of the Division of International Cooperation of Brunel University London, Dr. Sean Holmes, Deputy Dean of the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences, and Prof. Rakesh Kanda, Deputy Dean of the College of Health and Life Sciences. The two sides exchanged ideas on establishing inter-university cooperation and carrying out specific cooperation programs.
Huang Liwei, Deputy Director of the Office of International Education and Exchange, on behalf of CUEB, expressed warm welcome to the delegation. After a brief introduction of CUEB, he said that the two sides had great collaboration potential in bachelor, master and doctoral degree joint education, semester-or-year-long student exchange, teachers visiting and scientific research cooperation. Next, the two universities could launch a series of work, such as signing inter-university framework cooperation agreement and conducting course approval.
Sean Holmes and Rakesh Kanda introduced their colleges respectively and noted that the subjects of the two universities match up well and there is great potential in exchange and cooperation among teachers and students. Yang Hui gave a brief introduction of the basic information of Brunel University, saying that Brunel University attached great importance to the cooperation with CUEB, and invited the delegation of CUEB to visit Brunel University.
Shi Gang, Dean of the School of Culture and Communications, Li Baixing, Deputy Dean of the School of Accounting, Wang Kai, Director of Center of international Exchange of College of Business Administration, and Fan Lang, Supervisor of international programs of the School of Information, briefly introduced their schools and said they were looking forward to cooperating with Brunel University London.
