On the morning of July 2nd, CUEB President Fu Zhifeng met with civil servant delegation from Macao led by Liu Yunchang, Deputy Director General of Public Security Police Force of Macao. Zou Zhiwei, staff of Exchange and Cooperation Office of Personnel Affairs Bureau of Organization Department of Beijing Municipal CPC Committee came with the tour.

Fu Zhifeng extended sincere welcome to the exchange tour and briefed them on the higher education in Beijing and the situation of school running and employment of CUEB. As he said, CUEB highly values the cooperation with universities in Hongkong and Macao, and looks forward to cooperation with them in multiple fields, thus promoting academic cooperation and exchange.

After expressing appreciation for the warm reception from CUEB and introducing the members of the tour, Liu Yunchang showed the hope for win-win cooperation with CUEB. Xu Bin and Chen Xiaoping from the Department of Human Resource Development and Talent Cultivation of the School of Labour Economics made keynote speeches in regard of performance management and personnel training — the construction of -P-SMART and case study of performance management model of Beijing government. The two sides went deep into the performance management and shared experience.

Li Weilun, Director of SAFP (Direção Serviços de Administração e Função Pública) of Macao, He Jinghua, Director-General of the Official Provisional Municipal Council of Macao, Xie Yongqiang, Director-General of Ministry of Higher Education of Macao, Lin Tingting, Chief of the SAFP,  Zhang Jianhua, Chief of the Fire Department of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Su Qingfu, Director of the School of Tourism, Zamora Guang, Director of Office and Government Affairs of CUEB, Shang Xiaohui, Director of Personnel Office, Lu Meng, Director of Security Office, Yao Dongxu, Director of Office of Research, Feng Xiliang, Dean of the School of Labour Economics, and Xie Haixia, Director of International Cooperation and Exchanges attended the meeting.

The exchange tour visited the urban operation and emergency simulation of CUEB before the meeting.
