On November 30th, the 11th Capital Universities DanceSport Competition, hosted by Federation of University Sports of Beijing, coordinated by Federation of University Sports of Beijing DanceSport Branch, was held in Beijing Union University. Ballroom Dance Club of CUEB ranked third in small communities, the best prize for the Club in the past five years. The students of CUEB won a total of 27 prizes of 128 points including one first prize and five second prizes.

This competition attracted 643 athletes from 30 universities in Beijing, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Forestry and Renmin University of China. This competition provided a platform for DanceSport lovers to compete, communicate and improve their skills and advocated the spread and development of DanceSport in universities of Beijing. The Dance Club of CUEB mobilized all members and prepared carefully for this competition for more than one month. Finally, after the hard work of over 30 competitors, they won valuable honors for CUEB.
