On the morning of September 17^th, Li Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Education Work Committee of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, and his colleagues came to the headquarters of CUEB to investigate the opening of campus and the prevention and control of the epidemic. Pang Chengli, Director of the Policy Research Office of the Education Work Committee of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Wu Jie, Director of the Party Building Work Office (Inspection Office) , Wang Xi, a cadre of the Party Building Work Office (Inspection Office) , Pu Yanzhou, Director of the Inspection Office in North China Electric Power University, a member of the Education Work Committee of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, participated in the inspection and research. Feng Pei, Party Secretary of CUEB, Fu Zhifeng, President, Xu Fang, Vice Party Secretary, Chen Caiqun, Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection, Supervision Department , accompanied the investigation.

Li Yi and his colleagues paid a field visit to see the management and control of the campus after the start of the school year, inspected the epidemic prevention facilities and the epidemic prevention plan of the third cafeteria, the No. 4 student dormitory, the Boxue Building, the health observation area, the school emergency command center and other key parts. They discussed the school education and teaching work with the relevant departments, as well as detailed campus epidemic prevention and control work.

In the course of investigation, Fu Zhifeng introduced the campus management, such as students returning to school, new students reporting to school, and the overall situation of the prevention and control of the epidemic after the school promoted students returning to school.

In No. 4 student dormitory, Li Yi had cordial exchanges with the students. He hoped that the students can actively adjust their mentality, adapt to the new condition of regular epidemic prevention and control, continue to do a good job of personal protection and develop good hygiene habits in the school: do not gather, wear a mask, wash hands frequently, and take protective measures.

Li Yi affirmed the operation of education and teaching in CUEB, as well as detailed arrangements of the prevention and control of campus epidemic work. During the investigation and inspection, Li Yi put forward specific requirements for the next step of epidemic prevention and control work in our school. He stressed that first, as students return to school and new students report for duty, the school will face the pressure challenge of operating at full capacity. The school should grasp the control of campus management under the regular epidemic prevention and control condition, constantly improve emergency plans, and build a strong line of campus security, to ensure the health and safety of teachers and students. Second, in the restaurant, student dormitories, bathrooms and other crowded public places, we should do diligently ventilation, do a good job of environmental disinfection, and effectively implement the key areas of the campus cleaning work. The third is to provide students with human services to ensure the basic needs of students in school life while doing a good job on campus epidemic prevention and control work. Fourth, we should do a good job in Party building, closely integrating Party building work with epidemic prevention and control, and make epidemic prevention and control a vivid lesson in Party building.

After the field survey, Li Yi and his colleagues listened to the report on the related work in Conference Room 407 of Bona Building, and put forward specific requirements for the relevant work of our school.
