Members of “Zhejiang University, Merchants, and Talents” Cooperation and Innovation Forum in the New Era Visit CUEB

On the afternoon of October 26th , a group led by Pan Lixin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Beijing branch of Zhejiang University’s alumni association, and also the executive director of “Zhejiang University, Merchants, and Talents” Cooperation and Innovation Forum in the New Era (“Three Zhe” for short); and Xiang Hongbin, executive director of “Three Zhe” and also the study and publicity director of Supervision Organization of Beijing municipal party committee’s Supervision Department visited CUEB for communication. Zhao Xiling, head of the CUEB Office of Cooperation Affairs, chair of the Environmental, Social and Governance Institutes, and secretary-general of CUEB Alumni Association and Education Foundation, Shao Lili, Deputy Director of the CUEB Office of Cooperation Affairs and vice chair of the CUEB Alumni Association, Sun Xiaolin, head of Alumni Enterprise Development Promotion Association, who is also an alumnus of CUEB , and Wang Qingze, secretary-general of Alumni Enterprise Development promotion Association and also an alumnus major in Statistics who graduated in 1990 participated in the communication session. 

 

 

Both sides introduced themselves and agreed that the alumni work is important to cultivate alumni culture through building platforms, and serve the alumnus, university and society through platforms and projects of great importance. 

 

During the communication session, Xiang Hongbin shared his experience in running associations. According to him, cultivation of an organization should be fair-and-square with rules set to help enhance the organization’s ability to support themselves. He also introduced the “many helping one” supporting mode of the “Three Zhe”. Zhao Xiling and Sun Xiaolin thanked Pan and Xiang for their sharing. The two sides agreed that they can mutually benefit each other in further cooperation, and then discussed matters on the developing modes of organization and the possibility of cultivating new projects.

 

Jiang Yumei and Cheng Huizhong from the “Three Zhe”, Du Jingtian from the CUEB Alumni Association, and Bao Shixiong, Wang Huayu from Alumni Enterprise Development Promotion Association also attended the communication session.
