CUEB Welcomes 72 New Teachers and Staff
On July 13, the Personnel Office of CUEB, working with the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Supervision Department, Party Committee Organization Department, Security Office, Office of Research, Division of Financial Administration, Property Management Department, Labor Union, Youth League Committee, Education Technology Center, and University Hospital, provided “one-stop” service to facilitate induction procedures for the 72 new recruits.
In order to meet the requirements of regular epidemic prevention and control, the Personnel Office optimized its work by offering the “one-to-one online material pre-check” and “offline staggered registration” one week in advance, which effectively shortened processing time and improved its service.
On the day of registration, relevant departments worked closely with each other and simplified the registration process, providing an effective “one-stop” service for the new teachers and staff, such as signing the employment contracts, starting salary, transferring the memberships of Party and Youth League organization, joining in the Labor Union and activating campus cards, etc. The staff of all departments explained the procedures patiently and carefully to ensure that everything went on in an orderly manner. Such people-oriented service deeply impressed these new comers.
It was reported that, by July 14, CUEB have had a total of 95 new staff registered, including 72 ones on July 13. Among all the new staff, 71 are full-time teachers, 22 are teaching administrators (including postgraduate recommendation by working in the Student Union) and 2 are professional and technical personnel. Others who missed this centralized registration can complete it by the second half of this year. The Personnel Office and the Teachers Affairs Department will conduct a systematic induction training in mid-or-late September to help new staff get familiar with CUEB, adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, and know more about the school administration system and relevant professional knowledge.
