Congrats! CUEB Granted Post-Funded Project of National Social Science Fund of China

Recently, National Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences has released the list of post-funded projects approved by the National Social Science Fund in 2022. The general project of Integrated Research on Legislation on Chinese Digital Tax Legislation under the Binary Opposition, in the charge of Doctor Chu Ruigang from the School of Law got approval. Totally, CUEB has now been granted 45 national projects in 2022.

In the context of the reform of international tax rules and the Digital China initiative, this project has provided a Chinese approach on digital tax legislation that fits for the development of the digital economy, based on a new round of reform of the taxation system, the construction of rule of law in taxation and the improvement of the governance system for the digital economy. The project takes digital tax legislation as the research object and legal argumentation as the support.
