On March 21, Han Xianzhou, Party Secretary of CUEB, and his team visited CIIC (Beijing) Economic & Technical Corporation Co., Ltd. (CIIC) to discuss cooperation on education, Party building, employment and recruitment, internship and training, etc. This visit is to further implement the decisions and plans made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the employment of graduates, especially to carry out “head project”, which calls for Party secretaries (including presidents, college deans) in colleges and universities to visit at least 100 employment units in total.

Han expressed sincere gratitude to CIIC (Beijing) for its strong support to the employment of CUEB, and introduced our management principles, characteristics of majors and personnel cultivation. He pointed out that CUEB, in its deep implementation of the spirit of the Party’s 20th National Congress, has always attached great importance to high-quality employment by “going outside and bringing in”, in a more comprehensive manner. As human resources suppliers and demanders, schools and enterprises can strengthen cooperation on employment, industry-education-research integration and other aspects, so as to integrate the concept of “serving the capital” into the whole process of personnel training to meet the social needs better.

Li Yunfeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CIIC (Beijing), said that CIIC (Beijing) is a key state-owned enterprise managed by the central government with a national human resources industrial park. It is hoped that both the two sides can tap the potential of cooperation by taking advantage of geographical proximity and similar major needs, and actively explore the “Party building plus employment” model, providing effective support for the integration of Party building, personnel cultivation, internship and employment for students.

Wang Jinbao, Minister of Student Affairs Department of the Party Committee, introduced CUEB’s personnel cultivation features and employment of graduates. Cui Yan, Deputy General Manager of CIIC (Beijing), and Han Yiran, Director of Recruitment and University-Enterprise Development Department, introduced the company’s development, current situation, university-enterprise cooperation projects, etc. Wang on behalf of CUEB, and Cui on behalf of CIIC (Beijing), jointly signed the cooperation agreement. Participants discussed tasks of “Party building plus employment”. In the future, the two sides will further strengthen the university-enterprise cooperation and jointly cultivate high-quality professionals to meet the demand of the economic and social development of the capital. After the meeting, CUEB representatives visited Beijing Human Resources Service Industrial Park (Tongzhou).
