On March 28, Han Xianzhou, Secretary of the Party Committee of CUEB, inspected  the CUEB Archive and School History Museum, accompanied by Xu Fang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Zhang Tong, Director of the Party and Governance Office.

By inspecting the student archives repository, general archives repository, office area and archives utilization area, Han learned about the archives informatization building, paper archives, storage and confidentiality of electronic archives, as well as archiving work for postgraduates, and provided on-site guidance on strengthening the safe custody and effective use of archives.

The CUEB archives work conference was held in 2022, in which Han delivered a speech. The conference has enhanced the archives consciousness of all staff, cemented the foundation of archive resources construction, promoted the innovative development of CUEB archives, and better served the students, teachers, and CUEB. With a focus on revolutionary CUEB, the Archive and the Museum have committed themselves to exploring and collecting school history resources and established a three-aspect propagation mode (namely, to set voluntary narrator for alumni and history of CUEB in the museum, to organize the new faculty member and students to visit the museum, and to integrate the historical story of CUEB into the classroom teaching). All the work demonstrates their role in the “Three-Wide Education” (i.e., all-faculty, whole-process, and all-round) and on the CUEB’s goal of fostering virtues through education.

Zhao Xiling, Director of the Archive and the Museum, reported the Archive development in recent years, archives management, CUEB’s history compilation and research, and the plan to renovate the repository. The Archive and the Museum have taken informatization as a driving force to refine the archive systems of resources, utilization, safe custody, and institution. Li Juan and Liu Jiangxia introduced the reception and transfer of student archives, and the collection and custody of general archives respectively.

On March 27, in response to the application for the renovation of the Archive, Xu Fang, Li Hua, Director of Office of Logistics Services, Jin Jinghu, Director of Property Management Department, and Ma Xiaoning, Director of Security Office, visited the Archive together and made reasonable suggestions for ensuring the safe custody of the archives.
