On June 2, Li Xiaomu, Vice President of CUEB, visited Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU) with his delegation, including heads from the Academic Affairs Office, the Development Planning Division, the Network Information Center, and the Library, to conduct research on the review and evaluation of undergraduate education, personnel cultivation, and network informatization.

Guided by Cao Xianbing, Director of the Office of Academic Affairs of BTBU, Li and his delegation visited the digital future center and smart classroom, and experienced the real-time online class and virtual campus roaming, personally feeling the benefits of digital and smart teaching environment for better teaching effect.

Zuo Min, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of BTBU extended a warm welcome, and detailed their measures and achievements in undergraduate cultivation, discipline construction, faculty building and digital teaching transformation by a short video. Then Li Xiaomu introduced the purpose of this visit and the basic situation of undergraduate cultivation of CUEB. He said that both CUEB and BUBT are municipal high-level research universities in Beijing, and we have established a deep friendship. In the future, we hope to take the new round of undergraduate education review and evaluation as an opportunity to further carry out all-round exchanges and cooperation, jointly improving the quality of undergraduate cultivation.

Participants from both sides had a full exchange and discussion on the review and evaluation of undergraduate cultivation, construction of high-level majors, optimization of teaching and learning styles, creation of smart teaching environment, and library service management, etc.
