On June 26, Yin Zhichao, Deputy Party Secretary of CUEB Party Committee and Vice President, led a team to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The delegation engaged in discussions with Nie Shengkui, Director of the Department of Foreign Expert Services. Present at the meeting were Dr. Krista Uhrig, Director of International Affairs at George Mason University, and Professor Stephen Olson.

Nie warmly welcomed the CUEB delegation, briefing them on the latest developments in employment, social security, income distribution, and international exchanges. He highly praised CUEB’s recent progress, particularly its contributions to labor economics, and national labor relations theory and policy, acknowledging the significant research in labor economics by CUEB experts.

Yin Zhichao expressed gratitude for Nie’s recognition of CUEB’s efforts in social services. He provided an overview of CUEB’s recent developments, focusing on talent & intelligence recruitment initiatives and Chinese-foreign cooperation in education. Yin conveyed CUEB’s interest in cooperating in think tank construction, talent & intelligence recruitment, and the Conference on International Exchange of Professionals.

During the meeting, Nie engaged in discussions with CUEB’s global partners, and faculty members from George Mason University in the United States. Participants shared past experiences and outlooks on Sino-US cultural exchanges, educational and research cooperation, digital economy development, and the impact of mobile payments on the lives of foreign workers in China.
